What Happens After I Schedule an Appointment?

Please use our online form to schedule your next service appointment, or call     (877)466-2895. We are standing by to answer your questions and get you in the door as quickly as possible. Upon submitting your information we will:

  • Ask any additional questions required to service your vehicle.
  • Respond to you promptly via your preferred contact method.
  • Confirm your appointment.

As a valued Kia owner, you have access to our Extra Care Roadside Assistance Program. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in Canada or continental United States by dialing

Coverage includes :
  • Mechanical Breakdown Tow
  • Emergency Battery Boost
  • Winching/Extrication
  • Tire Change
  • Gas Delivery
  • Lock Out Service
  • Trip Interruption Services
For the first 60 Months or 100,000 km, whichever occurs first. The program covers the vehicle registered, regardless of who is driving the vehicle. Kia's Roadside Assistance claim reimbursement requests should be submitted to the following address:
