I had an outstanding experience at this Kia dealership, and I can't say enough great things about the team, especially the General Manager, Valentin. From the moment I walked in, they welcomed me with a great smiles. The sales team ensured & addressed what I really wanted. Then they introduced Valentin, the GM, which was one of the experience meeting him, with his knowledge, transparency, and genuine care for customers made a huge difference. It's rare to find leadership like his that truly sets the tone for the entire dealership. Everyone I interacted with was courteous, efficient, and clearly committed to excellent service. Anmol was very helpful in assisting me purchase my first Kia! Estimated wait time was anywhere from 3 to 6 months and he called me immediately when my match was available! Anmol was pleasant to deal with and he even partnered with parts department to give me a nice water bottle on my delivery day. Everything was smooth and easy throughout. Jack (manager) was prompt to offer someone to put on my license plate for me once my insurance was done. It is just good to know the team here still offers great customer service even after you signed the deal! Will be reaching out to Anmol again once it’s time for a new vehicle!

I bought my first car in Canada from Richmond Kia. Since it was my first car purchase abroad, I was nervous and had many questions, but meeting Rishi, my dealer, made everything much easier.
